Terms of Service
The Fine Print (But Make It Elegant)
Welcome to Our Table
By dining with us, you're agreeing to these terms. Don't worry - they're written with the same care we put into our menu. We promise to keep the legalese to a minimum and the elegance to a maximum.
Reservations
Making a reservation is like making a promise - we expect you to keep it:
- •Please arrive on time (fashionably late is acceptable, but not 30 minutes late)
- •If you need to cancel, give us at least 2 hours notice (we'll be sad, but we'll understand)
- •No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee (because we held your table like a precious gem)
- •Large parties (8+) require advance notice (we need time to prepare for your grand entrance)
Dining Experience
We're committed to providing you with an exceptional experience, but we need your cooperation:
- •Please respect our dress code (tasteful, suggestive, and sharp)
- •Be kind to our staff (they're the heart of our operation)
- •No outside food or beverages (we're confident our offerings are superior)
- •Photography is welcome, but please be respectful of other guests
Payment & Pricing
We believe in transparency, even when it comes to the bill:
- •All prices are subject to change (but we'll give you fair warning)
- •Gratuity is not included (our staff deserves recognition for their excellence)
- •We accept all major credit cards (and your compliments)
- •Split checks are available (because sharing is caring, but so is independence)
Liability
While we strive for perfection, we're only human (though our seafood is divine). We're not responsible for allergic reactions, food preferences, or broken hearts (though our desserts might help with the latter). If you have allergies, please inform us - we take them seriously, unlike our approach to calories.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms, just like we reserve the right to update our menu. We'll notify you of significant changes, but we recommend checking back occasionally (and while you're here, why not make a reservation?).
